To expand early career nurses' and young nurse leaders' global vision and create international platform for them to learn and to practice, since 2019, the TWNA’s International Affairs Committee has started to conduct the Youth Camp for members with at least 3 years’working experience, aged 45 or under. The Youth camp was later continued by the Youth Nurse Members Committee starting in 2024. As of year 2025, 301 nurses have completed the training.
