ICN Leadership for Change TM (LFC)
To prepare nurses with the leadership skills that are required to implement organizational change for the purpose of improving nursing practice and achieving better health outcomes, ICN established the Leadership for ChangeTM (LFC) Program in 1995. Approved by the ICN, TWNA launched the 1st LFC in 2015. As of year 2025, TWNA have conducted 6 cohorts of LFC program and 127 nurse leaders (96 from Taiwan, 31 from Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico, Mongolia, Philippines, Saint Lucia. Argentina, Cambodia, Paraguay, Belize and Malaysia) have completed the LFC training in Taipei.
