Nightingale Nursing Leadership Institute (NNLI)
The TWNA’s Nightingale Nursing Leadership Institute (NNLI) was established in 2011. “Policy Engagement” and “Political Involvement” are the two main themes of training, aiming to nurture promising nurse leaders with the skills of policymaking, lobbying the government, and effective policy advocacy. As of 2024, 382 nurse leaders have completed the training. Another 35 nurse leaders were selected to join the 13th NNLI training program on August 29-31, 2025.
