The Member Representatives' Assembly is the governing body of the Taiwan Nurses Association (TWNA) composed of 748 member representatives. The Board of Directors consists of 27 Members and serves as executive body, while the Board of Controllers has 9 Members, who act as supervisors to monitor the outcomes of execution by the Board of Directors. The President and the Chairperson are the heads of two Boards. In the TWNA, there are the Center for Excellence (CE), Taiwan Nurses Credentialing Center (TNCC), 14 Professional Service Committees and 5 Member Service Committees. Nearly 450 Committee Members are responsible for developing and implementing the annual plan. On average, there are 100 activities per year. Under the leadership of the Secretary General, 32 staff works with the committees to achieve the annual goals set.
