ICN Leadership for Change TM (LFC)
To prepare nurses with the leadership skills that are required to implement organizational change for the purpose of improving nursing practice and achieving better health outcomes, ICN established the Leadership for ChangeTM (LFC) Program in 1995. Approved by the ICN, TWNA launched the 1st LFC in 2015. As of year 2024, TWNA have conducted 5 cohorts of LFC program and 108 nurse leaders (81 from Taiwan, 27 from Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Mexico, Mongolia, Philippines, Saint Lucia. Argentina, Cambodia, and Paraguay) have completed the LFC training in Taipei.
